١. الخدمة1. The service

Tech Watt متجر لبيع المواد الكهربائية والأجهزة الذكية في العراق، بالجملة والمفرد، مع الدفع نقدًا عند الاستلام. Tech Watt is a store for electrical materials and smart devices in Iraq, wholesale and retail, with cash on delivery.

٢. الحساب2. Your account

تلتزم بتقديم معلومات صحيحة (الاسم، الرقم، العنوان) وتتحمّل مسؤولية الحفاظ على سرّية دخولك. You agree to provide accurate information (name, phone, address) and are responsible for keeping your login secure.

٣. الأسعار والطلبات3. Prices & orders

الأسعار بالدينار العراقي وقد تتغيّر. يُعدّ الطلب مؤكَّدًا بعد مراجعته من المتجر، وقد نتواصل معك لتأكيد التفاصيل قبل التوصيل. Prices are in Iraqi Dinar and may change. An order is confirmed after the store reviews it, and we may contact you to confirm details before delivery.

٤. التوصيل4. Delivery

يتم التوصيل حسب المحافظة والمنطقة، وقد تختلف الرسوم ومدة التوصيل. Delivery is based on your governorate and zone; fees and delivery time may vary.

٥. الإلغاء والإرجاع5. Cancellation & returns

يمكنك إلغاء الطلب قبل شحنه. الإرجاع يخضع لحالة المنتج وسياسة المتجر. You may cancel an order before it ships. Returns are subject to the product condition and store policy.

٦. الاستخدام المقبول6. Acceptable use

يُمنع استخدام التطبيق لأي غرض غير قانوني أو محاولة الإضرار بالخدمة أو بمستخدمين آخرين. You may not use the app for any unlawful purpose or attempt to harm the service or other users.

٧. الملكية الفكرية7. Intellectual property

جميع محتويات التطبيق (الاسم، الشعار، التصميم) ملك لـ Tech Watt. All app content (name, logo, design) belongs to Tech Watt.

٨. مزوّد البرمجيات وحياده8. Software provider & neutrality

برمجة التطبيق وتشغيله التقني من «فريق برو». جميع عمليات البيع والشراء والأسعار والتوصيل وجودة المنتجات والإرجاع والدفع تتم مباشرةً بين المتجر (البائع) والزبون (المشتري). «فريق برو» مزوّد للبرمجيات فقط وليست طرفًا في أي معاملة، ولا تتحمّل أي مسؤولية عن أي نزاع أو ضرر أو خسارة تنشأ بين البائع والمشتري أو عن جودة المنتجات أو التوصيل. The app is developed and technically operated by "Pro Team". All sales, purchases, prices, delivery, product quality, returns and payment happen directly between the store (seller) and the customer (buyer). "Pro Team" is a software provider only, is not a party to any transaction, and bears no liability for any dispute, damage or loss arising between the seller and the buyer, or for product quality or delivery.

٩. حدود المسؤولية9. Limitation of liability

نبذل جهدنا لدقّة المعلومات وتوفّر المنتجات، لكننا لا نضمن خلوّها من الأخطاء. ولا يتحمّل المتجر ولا مزوّد البرمجيات أي أضرار غير مباشرة ناتجة عن استخدام التطبيق إلى الحدّ الذي يسمح به القانون. We strive for accurate information and product availability but do not guarantee they are error-free. Neither the store nor the software provider is liable for any indirect damages arising from use of the app, to the extent permitted by law.

١٠. التعديلات10. Changes

قد نُحدّث هذه الشروط، وسننشر أي تغييرات داخل التطبيق. We may update these terms and will publish changes inside the app.
