يوضّح هذا المستند كيف يجمع تطبيق Tech Watt بياناتك ويستخدمها ويحميها. باستخدامك للتطبيق فإنك توافق على ما ورد هنا. This document explains how the Tech Watt app collects, uses, and protects your data. By using the app you agree to this policy.
١. المعلومات التي نجمعها1. Information we collect
نجمع فقط ما يلزم لتشغيل المتجر وتوصيل طلباتك: رقم هاتفك، اسمك، محافظتك وعنوان التوصيل، وسجلّ طلباتك والمفضّلة. لا نطلب أي معلومات دفع لأن الدفع يتم نقدًا عند الاستلام. We only collect what is needed to run the store and deliver your orders: your phone number, name, governorate and delivery address, and your order/favorites history. We never request any payment information because payment is cash on delivery.
٢. كيف نستخدم معلوماتك2. How we use your information
نستخدم بياناتك لمعالجة الطلبات وتوصيلها، والتواصل معك بخصوص طلبك، وتقديم الدعم، وتحسين التطبيق. لا نبيع بياناتك لأي طرف. We use your data to process and deliver orders, contact you about your order, provide support, and improve the app. We never sell your data to anyone.
٣. التحقق عبر الرسائل (OTP)3. SMS verification (OTP)
لتأكيد رقم هاتفك نرسل رمز تحقق عبر مزوّد رسائل خارجي. يُستخدم الرقم لإنشاء حسابك وتسجيل الدخول وحماية طلباتك فقط. To verify your phone we send a one-time code via a third-party SMS provider. Your number is used only to create your account, sign in, and protect your orders.
٤. المساعد الذكي (سيلين)4. AI assistant (Selin)
عند استخدامك للمساعد الذكي، تُرسل رسالتك إلى مزوّد ذكاء اصطناعي لمساعدتك في إيجاد المنتجات والإجابة على أسئلتك. لا تُرسل بياناتك الحسّاسة، ولا تُستخدم أسعار التكلفة الداخلية. When you use the AI assistant, your message is sent to an AI provider to help you find products and answer questions. Sensitive personal data is not sent, and internal cost prices are never used.
٥. تخزين البيانات وحمايتها5. Data storage & security
تُخزَّن بياناتك بشكل آمن على خوادم سحابية موثوقة مع سياسات وصول صارمة (Row Level Security) بحيث لا يصل أحد لبيانات غيره. Your data is stored securely on trusted cloud servers with strict access policies (Row Level Security) so no one can access another user's data.
٦. المشاركة مع الغير6. Sharing with third parties
لا نشارك بياناتك إلا بالقدر اللازم لتنفيذ الطلب (مثل معلومات التوصيل لمندوب التوصيل) أو حين يقتضي القانون ذلك. We only share your data to the extent needed to fulfill your order (e.g., delivery details with the courier) or when required by law.
٧. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها7. Data retention & deletion
يمكنك حذف حسابك وكل بياناتك في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق عبر «حسابي ← حذف حسابي»، أو بمراسلتنا على البريد أدناه. You can delete your account and all your data anytime from inside the app via "My account → Delete my account", or by emailing us at the address below.
٨. الأطفال8. Children
التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال دون 13 سنة ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد. The app is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
٩. حقوقك9. Your rights
لك الحق في الاطلاع على بياناتك وتصحيحها وحذفها. تواصل معنا لأي طلب. You have the right to access, correct, and delete your data. Contact us for any request.
١٠. تعديلات السياسة10. Changes to this policy
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر، وسننشر أي تغييرات داخل التطبيق. We may update this policy from time to time, and will publish any changes inside the app.
